The Human Resource Department coordinates all human resources programmes; and organize staff trainings within the Assembly.

 

Key Responsibilities of the HR Department

The department ensures the effective and efficient administration of human resources; and translates institutional policies regarding employment, personnel, wages, and salaries into good management practices. The department also regularly updates staff records and ensures inter and intra-departmental collaboration to facilitate staff performance and development.

The Human Resource Department reports on all human resource-related activities and puts in measures to upgrade the capabilities, skills, and knowledge of staff in the Assembly. The department also performs other roles such as seeing to the general welfare of Staff and Appraising direct reports.
