MPCU Meeting held by the Planning Department of Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly.

The Planning Department of the Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly (AANMA) convened a Municipal Planning and Coordinating Unit (MPCU) meeting today to review departmental and stakeholder performance.

The meeting was attended by the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Heads of Departments, and other key stakeholders within the municipality. Notable participants included representatives from Nanamon, Ghana Health Service (GHS), Ghana Education Service (GES), the Transport sector, 3T Company, Miro Company, the Business Advisory Centre (BAC), as well as other relevant institutions.

The primary objective of the meeting was to provide a platform for stakeholders to present and review their progress reports for the first quarter of 2025. Each institution highlighted its activities, achievements, and challenges within the reporting period.

The engagement facilitated coordination among departments and stakeholders, strengthened accountability, and ensured alignment of activities with the municipality’s development agenda.
