SITE INSPECTION.

An inspection of a proposed site under consideration for the 24-hour economy market project was conducted by Ecoplanners Company Limited on 29th May 2026. The exercise was attended by the Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), representatives from the Works Department, and the Physical Planning Department.

The purpose of the visit was to officially present and undertake a preliminary assessment of the land as part of the planning and feasibility process for the proposed market project. The inspection was intended to evaluate the site’s suitability and gather relevant information to inform subsequent planning decisions. It should be noted that the exercise did not constitute a final decision on the location of the project, but rather formed part of the broader planning and site evaluation process.
