On Friday, 24th August 2023, the Municipal Chief Executive of Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly Hon. Francis Oti Boateng commissioned a 3 unit classroom block at Abrewapon JHS, a community in the Asante Akim North Municipal of the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
The project which was funded by the Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly under the District Assemblies Common Fund Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) , provided a fully furnished 3 unit classroom block and books to the School.
In a brief ceremony, Hon.Oti Boateng said the fully furnished functional project will improve teaching and learning and will make a difference in the lives of parents, teachers and Pupils.
He indicated that government is committed to working with key stakeholders to ensure that teachers and pupils get the best possible conducive academic atmosphere and position them to fully contribute to our national development and also called on the citizenry to support government in the collective duty of making education more accessible and available for all Ghanaians.
