Spatial Planning Committee Meeting.

The Spatial Planning Committee, chaired by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), met on 28th April 2026, to deliberate on development permit applications. The committee, with participation from key stakeholders including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Ghana Fire Service, reviewed pending permit issues and made the necessary decisions required before any construction project can proceed upon approval.
