Finance and Administration Sub-Committee.

The Finance and Administration Sub-Committee of the Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly held a meeting on Thursday, 13th August 2026 to deliberate on the financial performance of the Assembly as at June 2026 and the 2026 Mid-Year Composite Budget Review.

The meeting provided an opportunity to assess the Assembly’s revenue and expenditure performance, review the implementation of the approved budget, and consider proposed adjustments under the mid-year budget review.

In attendance were the Hon. Assembly Members, the Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), Municipal Finance Officer (MFO), Budget Officer, Internal Audit Unit, Revenue Unit, and other relevant stakeholders. The deliberations focused on strengthening financial management, improving revenue performance, and ensuring the effective implementation of the Assembly’s programmes and activities.
