INTER-CIRCUIT QUIZ

The Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly, in collaboration with the Municipal Education Directorate, successfully organized an Inter-Circuit Quiz Competition on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. This competition aims to promote academic excellence, encourage healthy competition, and foster collaboration among basic schools within the municipality. It brought together selected schools from the eight educational circuits to test their knowledge in B-STEM subjects.

Participating schools from the various circuits were represented by teams of students and accompanied by their teachers. The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Sarah Amoakoaa, the Municipal Education Director and officers from the Ghana Education Service, Headteachers, Parents, and special guests attended the event to support the contestants.

After the competition, Agogo North Circuit claimed first place, with Oweriman Circuit and Agogo Central taking second and third places, respectively.
